Special Needs FacilitiesParking: Free access parking spaces are available near the Museum’s main entrance. Wheelchair and motorised scooters: Bring your own or use one of ours, available from our Cloakroom. We suggest booking 24 hours in advance, phone +61 2 6208 5110. Lifts: All areas are accessible by lifts with audible voice messages about direction and gallery levels. Hearing loops: Personalised hearing loops are available for all guided tours. We have hearing induction loops in our theatres, at the Information Desk and Cloakroom. There is an audio non-bank ATM in the Hall. Large print and tactile guides: Maps and Garden of Australian Dreams guides are available for free loan. Guided tours and activities: Tours are available in a range of languages. Our access team runs tailored workshops and can help organise participation in all Museum activities.
