Using Feldenkrais to help deal with Pain

TitleUsing Feldenkrais to help deal with Pain
Group NamePain Support ACT inc
DescriptionPain Support ACT inc Expert Speaker program presents Cassandra Morrow a registered Feldenkrais practitioner. Feldenkrais works with musculoskeletal issues and the focus is on the person’s movement pattern or posture. It is safe and gentle. The work is done through neural organisation–‘relearning’, rather than muscle strength, and it works with brain plasticity. Our session will be one involving some talk as well as practical movements (if you wish to join in) that you’ll be able to practice and take away. Casandra notes “General practitioners and pain specialists refer people to the Method as it has been proven effective for people with chronic pain.” BYO: Your lunch if you’d like to have it with us. Coffee, tea, biscuits provided. All Welcome
